Protocols Sponsored by Tree House
The Walworth County Child Advocacy Center has participated in two protocol signings sponsored by the Tree House.
On May 29, 2014, members of the Sensitive Crimes Response Team came together at Hawk’s View Golf Club to sign the protocol, which was designed to ensure sensitive crimes in Walworth County are handled the best they can. Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch was the opening guest speaker. Participants included the Walworth County District Attorney’s office, Corporation Counsel, Walworth County Sheriff’s Office, all Walworth County Law Enforcement jurisdictions, New Beginnings – APFV, County Board Administration, Walworth County Health & Human Services, Aurora Lakeland Medical Center and Administration from all Walworth County School Districts.
On January 31, 2018, the same group of people came together to sign an updated version of the protocol. This event was also held at Hawk’s View Golf Club. Attorney General Brad Schimel was the opening guest speaker. Participants included the Walworth County District Attorney’s office, Corporation Counsel, Walworth County Sheriff’s Office, all Walworth County Law Enforcement jurisdictions, New Beginnings – APFV, County Board Administration, Walworth County Health & Human Services, Aurora Lakeland Medical Center and Administration from all Walworth County School Districts.
